Reliable Ventures LLC assists and administers to very low income people who are eligible participants and qualify for this option so that they can afford safe and suitable housing in their communities. Participants in this program must meet the income eligibility guidelines and have proof of a disability to qualify for this program. Reliable Ventures LLC is a designated entity to help participants and as such, abides by all applicable local and federal requirements and regulations.

Reliable Ventures LLC, takes a holistic people-centered approach in its delivery of services. We work with people who are in substance use disorder treatment programs to move into a sober supportive and safe housing environment to

continue their road to recovery through a mental health Provider Agency. Through collaboration with the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, Department

of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Local City Housing Authority, and Neighborhood Development, Reliable Ventures LLC offers safe, clean, affordable housing units ranging from single room occupancies to one-bedroom apartments for men, women and their children.

Reliable Ventures LLC, partners with GoSection8 which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties online. Listings are available to potential Housing

Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units according to family size, duplexes, single-family homes, or townhomes in the private market.

Reliable Ventures LLC reviews operating budgets and contracts for all services to be performed at each site. We identify, qualify, and evaluate vendors for participation in bid solicitations. We create for our clients the most advantageous

conditions for bid proposal and contract procurement. All bids are reviewed to select the most qualified vendors at the possible cost.
